Refunds We May Approve
- The software has a serious technical error that prevents normal use, and we cannot correct it or provide a reasonable workaround within a reasonable time.
- You accidentally purchased the same license more than once.
- The wrong edition was purchased and you contact us promptly so we can help exchange or refund as appropriate.
Information Needed
For technical refund requests, please provide your order information and enough detail for support to reproduce the problem, such as screenshots, error messages, operating system version, and steps taken.
Refunds We May Decline
- A refund request made immediately after purchase without a technical or order-related reason.
- A request based on a feature that was not advertised or included in the purchased edition.
- Failure to follow reasonable troubleshooting steps requested by support.
- Requests involving misuse, redistribution, or violation of the license terms.
After a Refund
When a refund or chargeback is completed, the related registration code may be disabled and the license may no longer be used.
